Surety Health was founded for two specific judicial reasons and out of a moral obligation to all Americans:
1- Because of the Davis Law, employers can immediately begin reducing F.I.C.A. taxes and health insurance premiums.
2- As a result of a victorious court fight between a major carrier and the Department of HHS in Washington, the HHS was ordered to lift an injunction that was restricting Americans freedoms from purchasing the types of lower cost plans offered.
3- As insurance professionals with over 60 years of experience Surety Health has moral obligation to inform the public about the freedoms that have been given back to Employers and Americans through congressional legislation and court wins.
